Michael Woloz is the Founder and Managing Partner of CMW where since 2000 he has led successful lobbying and public relations campaigns for a wide range of corporate and non profit clients, specializing in navigating the governmental and media waters for highly regulated industries.

Danna M. DeBlasio, Partner, with many years of experience at a top Albany lobbying firm is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering for her clients. Danna has successfully navigated clients through complex legislative issues, secured tens of millions of dollars for not-for-profits, negotiated multi-agency approvals and secured large contracts in various sectors.

Regina Poreda Ryan, Senior Vice President, brings to CMW Strategies decades of public service and New York City government experience. She is a City budget expert with a deep understanding of City operations.

Anthony “Skip” Piscitelli, Counselor and Senior Advisor, is a veteran attorney and public servant with more than 30 years of high level experience in New York City and New York State government.

Kathleen Cudahy has over 25 years of government and legal experience specializing in complex housing and development issues including rent regulation, tax incentives and housing law.

John Sanchez, Vice President, has more than a decade of government experience, having previously served as Executive Director of 5 Borough Housing Movement, District Manager of Bronx Community Board 6, and Deputy Chief of Staff in the NYS Assembly. He also serves on the non-profit boards of Bronx House, Legacy College Prep Charter School, and Housing Rights Initiative. John is a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior.

Evelyn Pope, Associate, joined CMW Strategies after working on several NYC primary campaigns
providing fundraising, communications, and operations support.

Caroline Engel, Associate, joined CMW Strategies in May 2023. Prior to joining CMW Strategies, Caroline worked at a NYC public relations firm serving as PR counsel and government affairs consultant to a range of clients in the tourism, real estate, and financial sectors, as well as to economic development organizations including several Business Improvement Districts [...]

Jasmine Short, Administrative Assistant and Scheduler, joined CMW in May of 2022 after working in administrative roles in both city and statewide government.

Anu Otgonbayar, Associate, joined CMW at the start of 2024 after working at the U.S House of Representatives and serving as a graduate research fellow at Columbia University where she focused on the intersection between local policy and global change.
