Kathleen B. Cudahy

Kathleen Cudahy has over 25 years of government experience, having served as Legislative Counsel to the Speaker of the City Council and Director of the Council’s Infrastructure Division, dealing with such issues as rent regulation, tax incentives and economic development.

During 2001, Ms. Cudahy worked as a key policy advisor and strategist in Michael Bloomberg’s successful campaign for Mayor and served on the Mayor-elect’s Transition Committee.

She joined CMW Strategies in 2002 and has managed numerous real estate accounts including Vornado, RFR, Chetrit Group, Stellar Management, and several membership and trade organizations including the Community Housing Improvement Program, the Entertainment Software Association and the National Elevator Industry, Inc. Ms. Cudahy is a Board Member of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York.

Kathleen Cudahy is a graduate of Georgetown University and New York Law School.
